Rates

Full Day - 9am - 6pm: Starts at £400
Half Day - 9am - 1pm / 2pm - 6pm: £275
Overtime : Hourly Rate (£80) Weekend : Full Day Rate + 25%

(Clients must include set up & take down/clean up time within the hours booked, to avoid overtime charges)

INSURANCE

The Cam Den cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to any equipment, valuables or props etc. The client will be liable to pay all damages in full for props / property damage and they must ensure they have adequate Public and Employees Liability Insurance to cover themselves, their visitors and staff in the event of an accident.

The Cam Den will take all reasonable steps to ensure continuity of network and utility services. We accept no responsibility for any failure whatsoever which is outside our control.

BOOKINGS

Booking Deposit

Unless otherwise agreed a payment of 50% of the total cost of the booking is required to confirm your booking and the booking form has been signed and returned by email/scan.

Bookings are taken on an option basis. If any party is prepared to confirm at any time, their bookings will take priority after the previous options have been given the chance to confirm.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a confirmed booking at any time, will incur a 50% charge.

PAYMENT

Payment by BACS bank transfer.
Payment of the final balance must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

DELIVERIES / COLLECTIONS

All deliveries and collections must be completed within the time booked.
